Product introduction

| Taiwan Railway|3-Day Pass|Adult

A multi-day train pass offered by Taiwan Railway Corporation. Within the validity period, passengers may ride, with no restriction on route sections or number of trips, "Taiwan Railway trains" (including both reserved and non-reserved services).

1. Within 365 days of your online purchase, please visit one of the 66 designated Taiwan Railway stations to redeem your "Taiwan Railway|3-Day Pass".

2. When redeeming the "Taiwan Railway|3-Day Pass" at a designated station with your QR code, you must select an "activation date" "immediately" (any one day within 30 days from the redemption date). The pass is then used on consecutive days beginning from that activation date; skipping dates is "not permitted", and once selected the activation date cannot be changed. For example, if the pass is redeemed on 1 July, any day between 1 July and 30 July may be chosen as the activation date, and the pass must be used up over 3 consecutive days from that date. Any pass not fully used within the validity period printed on the ticket becomes invalid once it expires.

3. Within the validity period, if a passenger has not reserved a seat at a ticket counter in advance, they are deemed to be travelling without an assigned seat. However, the following services still require a confirmed reserved seat before boarding: Puyuma, Taroko, Tze-Chiang (EMU3000) and group trains. Tourist trains, cruise-style trains, real-name registration trains, specially operated trains, other trains designated by Taiwan Railway, and Taiwan Railway "Business Cars" and premium cars ("for example, the Tze-Chiang (EMU3000) Business Car") "may not" be reserved or boarded using this pass. Violations will be handled in accordance with the provisions on travelling without a valid ticket under the Taiwan Railway Passenger Transport Contract.
