A must for short-term travelling. Unlimited north to south travel for 3 days!

1. First, go to the app and select [Get Ticket] to receive an electronic serial number. After the system receives the information, you can reserve a train on the [Taiwan High-Speed Rail Official Website] the next day. (Note: Reservations cannot be made on the same day the electronic serial number is redeemed.)
2. Once you have exchanged for physical tickets and train tickets at the high-speed rail station ticket window, you will no longer be able to use the online system to book or change train schedules. If you have any questions, please inquire at the high-speed rail station ticket window.

1. After activating the PASS, fill in the 'Passenger Information' to obtain the 'Electronic Redemption Code.
2. Present the 'Electronic Redemption Code' at the High-Speed Rail official website or station counter for 'Redemption and Reservation.
3. Before boarding, present your passport and the Electronic Redemption Code, valid within the expiration date, at any High-Speed Rail station counter to redeem a single-ride ticket.
4. When boarding, proceed to the station manned gate, where station personnel will check the original passport and the round-trip ticket, allowing entry for boarding.

• Passengers who purchase this product must present their passport when redeeming, reserving a seat, and boarding the bus. The passport information must match the identity of the purchaser.
• The PASS can only be used by the individual owner and is not transferable.
• Only the original copy of the PASS is valid; any photocopying, alteration, forging or damage that is beyond recognition will be deemed invalid.
• The specified travel date cannot be changed once confirmed.
• The PASS does not accept any form of change or return. If the PASS is lost, damaged or stolen, no reissuance, application for loss or refunds will be given.
• During peak hours or national holidays, seat availability is not guaranteed. Should seat reservation not be available due to full booking, please make use of the non-reserved seat service.
• During extraordinary circumstances such as train delays, interruption of service or cancellation of trains, the PASS will not be compensated for, nor will the valid period be extended.

• This ticket is exclusively for use by foreign tourists.
• The boarding date cannot be the same as the reservation date on the APP. (For example, if you fill in the information on the APP on 12/10, you can only board starting from 12/11.)
• You can ride in the Non-Reserved Seating cars. If you want to use the seat reservation service in the Standard Seating cars, please go to the counter of the high-speed rail station to reserve your seat (Business Seating cars is not applicable).
