  2. You must scan the QR code when entering/exiting gates or boarding/exiting vehicles.
The 48-hour period begins once the ticket is retrieved.
  3. This is a dynamic QR code and cannot be used via screenshot.
Product Suggestion
  1. If the QRcode cannot be displayed, please check if your mobile device is connected to the Internet. If you are still unable to obtain the QRcode due to other reasons, please contact customer service for assistance.
  2. If a passenger exits/gets off more than 3 hours after the ticket expires, please show your ticket proof to staff, who will help you exit.
  3. If the ticket reader cannot read the QR code, try adjusting the distance, angle, or brightness of your phone screen (set brightness to maximum). If still unresponsive, consult staff. If your pass is still valid, they will assist you.
  4. If your phone is out of battery, malfunctions, or is lost:
Before boarding: Use another method to show ticket proof before boarding.
  5. When getting off:
Bus: If your phone is dead or lost, you may get off as per the transport contract.
MRT: If you’ve already entered the station, please contact station staff for assistance to exit.
If ticket readers are malfunctioning or unavailable due to vehicle dispatch issues, show your pass QR code to staff for manual verification and assistance.
