During consecutive holidays, there is often heavy traffic on various sections of the route between Kaohsiung and Kenting (travel times for both outbound and return trips may be extended due to traffic congestion). Please plan accordingly, especially if you are planning to take a specific high-speed rail service back home.

Travel Route (One-way/Return, with one boarding and alighting each):

(1) From Zuoying High-Speed Rail Station to Kenting

Zuoying High-Speed Rail Station - Taiwan Railways Fengliao Station - Checheng - Hsiaochen Transfer Station - Hengchun Transfer Station - Nanwan - Xiaowan (Kenting)

(2) From Kenting to Zuoying High-Speed Rail Station

Xiaowan (Kenting) - Nanwan - Hengchun Transfer Station - Hsiaochen Transfer Station - Sea-Watch Pavilion Transfer Station - Checheng - Taiwan Railways Fengliao Station - Zuoying High-Speed Rail Station

※ For those heading to Sichongxi Hot Springs, you can alight at Checheng and wait at the opposite lane at the Checheng Ticket Office for low-carbon tourism vehicles to take you to Sichongxi.

※ NMMBA Transfer Bus Stop: Heading south, you can transfer to the Kenting Street Car here, providing a connection to NMMBA.

※ Hengchun Bus Station: A key transfer station on the Hengchun Peninsula, where you can transfer to the Kenting Street Car and Taiwan Tourist Bus.

※ Boarding Instructions: Please proceed to the "Kenting Express Service Counter" (Exit 2 of Zuoying High-Speed Rail Station) to present your QR Code and exchange it for a physical round-trip ticket. Hold onto the ticket and queue up for boarding.

※ During the summer or holiday seasons (including Saturdays and Sundays), Kenting Street Night Market may intermittently close for the safety of visitors, with various vehicles prohibited from entering. During street closures, please relocate to "Kenting Arch" or "Xiaowan" stations for waiting. To confirm street closure information, you can directly inquire with night market vendors or the on-duty personnel at the Kenting Police Station.

※ "During the summer and continuous holidays (including Saturdays and Sundays), the sections between Kaohsiung and Kenting are prone to traffic and weather-related delays." Traffic jams or slow-moving conditions may occur (Kenting Express operates in a loop, with delays in one departure affecting subsequent departures). If you have booked return tickets (with specified times) on the high-speed rail, to avoid the aforementioned impacts, it is recommended to board a northbound train 2 to 3 hours in advance to ensure a smooth journey throughout.

※ Please keep your round-trip ticket safe. In the event of loss, damage, or illegibility, replacement and boarding will not be possible.

※ Folding Bicycle Regulations

• For passengers carrying bicycles, please bring your own bike bag and pack it securely (it is recommended to disassemble before packing).
• Folding bicycles do not require a ticket, while non-folding bicycles (bicycles with non-collapsible frames, e.g., road bikes) require the purchase of a half-ticket.
• Each intercity bus can accommodate approximately 1-2 bicycles (depending on the bus type for the current shift). It is advisable to contact the Kenting Express Joint Service Center for inquiries before boarding: +886-7-235-9847.

※ Pet Carriage Regulations

• Passengers traveling with pets (dogs, cats, pet birds, etc.) must place them in a cage under the seat. Those occupying space under other seats need to purchase a half-ticket.
• Guide dogs or guide dogs accompanied by trainers during training are exempt from these restrictions and do not need to purchase an additional half-ticket for travel.
