How to Redeem and Use the Uber Voucher

1. Tap "Get Ticket" within the Taiwan PASS APP → then tap "View Ticket" to be redirected to the Uber App to import your voucher.
2. After entering the Uber App, tap "Account" in the bottom right corner → "Wallet" → "Add Voucher Code," enter or paste the voucher code displayed in the Taiwan PASS APP, and tap "Continue" to complete the redemption.
3. Once the voucher is successfully claimed, the validity period begins. Travelers must complete the redemption and use it within the Uber App within 7 days of acquiring the voucher code.

Validity Period: The validity of this voucher is calculated from the moment it is successfully claimed. Travelers must complete the voucher import and use it within the Uber App within 7 days of acquiring the voucher code; any unused or partially unused vouchers after the expiration date will not be reissued, extended, refunded, or exchanged for cash.

Service Range

This voucher is restricted to use on the main island of Taiwan, and the pick-up or drop-off location of the Uber ride must include one of the following designated airports:

• Taipei Songshan Airport
• Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport
• Kaohsiung International Airport (Xiaogang Airport)

If the ride does not meet the pick-up/drop-off requirements at the designated airports, or if the ride takes place in the outlying islands or outside Uber's designated service areas, this voucher cannot be applied.

1. This voucher is an Uber Rides single-use voucher, offering a maximum discount of NT$320 per Uber ride.
2. Uber vouchers cannot be combined for a single ride; only one voucher can be applied per ride. For instance, if a traveler has acquired two Uber vouchers, the maximum discount per Uber ride remains NT$320 and cannot be combined to create a NT$640 discount on a single ride.
3. If the cost of a single Uber ride exceeds the maximum discount limit of this voucher, the exceeding balance must be paid via the user's linked payment method within the Uber App.
4. If the cost of a single Uber ride is less than NT$320, the actual discount will be based on the fare of that ride. Any unused remaining balance cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, reissued, or transferred.
5. This voucher must be used within the specified validity period. Any unused or remaining amount after the expiration date will be forfeited, and no refunds, reissues, or extensions will be granted.
6. The serial number of this voucher is unique and can only be linked to an account once. Once the serial number is linked to an Uber account, it is considered redeemed, and requests for cancellation, return, or conversion to cash will not be accepted.
7. Uber vouchers acquired through purchasing Taiwan PASS can be linked to the same Uber account, but the amounts still cannot be combined for a single ride.
8. This voucher is only applicable to Uber rides that meet the designated airport pick-up/drop-off requirements. The actual applicable scope, fare, vehicle types, and service availability remain subject to the display on the Uber App.
9. If the voucher cannot be imported or used due to user operational errors, account settings, abnormal payment methods, network issues, or Uber App system limitations, please proceed in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Uber App.
10. Taiwan PASS and Uber reserve the right to adjust the event content, usage rules, and applicable scope of this voucher.
