How to Redeem and Use Uber Vouchers

1. Within the Taiwan PASS APP, select "Get Voucher" → then "View Voucher" to link directly to the Uber App and import the voucher.

2. Once in the Uber App, click on the bottom right "Account" → "Wallet" → "Add Promo Code", enter or copy the voucher code displayed on the Taiwan PASS APP, and click "Continue" to complete the redemption.

3. After successfully obtaining the voucher, the period of use begins. Travelers must redeem and utilize the voucher within 7 days of obtaining the code in the Uber App.

4. This voucher is only valid for use in Taiwan’s main island area, and both pickup and drop-off locations must be within the main island of Taiwan.

5. The voucher must be used within a 7-day validity period, with a maximum discount of NT$300 per Uber trip.

Usage period: The validity period starts upon successful voucher retrieval. Travelers must complete the voucher redemption and use it within 7 days; vouchers not fully used within this period will not be reissued, extended, or refunded.

Important Notes

1. Uber vouchers cannot be combined; only one voucher may be used per trip. For instance, if a traveler acquires two Uber voucher usages, each trip can still only receive a maximum discount of NT$300, not a combined discount of NT$600.

2. If the cost of an Uber trip exceeds the voucher's maximum discount amount, the excess amount must be paid by the user via a payment method linked within the Uber App.

3. If the fare of an Uber trip is less than NT$300, the actual discount amount will correspond to the trip cost, with any remaining balance not being refundable, cashable, or transferable.

4. This voucher must be used within the specified validity period. Any amount left unused after the expiration date is considered forfeited and is non-refundable, non-reissueable, and non-extendable.

5. The voucher code is unique and each code is valid for a single addition to an Uber account; once added, it is considered redeemed and cannot be cancelled, returned, or converted into cash.

6. Uber vouchers obtained through the Taiwan PASS can be added to the same Uber account, but the amount cannot be combined per trip.

7. This voucher is only applicable for Uber trips where both the pickup and drop-off locations are within the main island of Taiwan. It is not applicable for trips in outlying islands or areas outside the designated service range.
