[Rilink X Green Transit] Scooter Rental: This package offers a 24-hour (1-day) rental of a gas scooter, primarily featuring the SYM Vivo 125 (may be substituted with a similar model depending on availability). In addition to the scooter, we provide free accessories including 2 half-face helmets, helmet liners, lightweight raincoats, a phone mount, and a cleaning cloth.

[Rilink X Green Transit] Scooter Rental also offers a 24-hour drop-off service, allowing you to return the scooter at any time for maximum itinerary flexibility. We also provide a rare one-way rental service (rent at location A, return at location B). Simply notify our staff in advance and pay a vehicle relocation fee.

  To ensure a smooth trip, please complete your online reservation at least 2 days in advance.
  Store vehicles are in high demand and supply is limited. Booking in advance allows us to arrange vehicle dispatch, maintenance, and preparation ahead of time, so you can pick up your scooter quickly and smoothly on-site. If you arrive without a prior reservation, there is a risk that no vehicles will be available or that you may need to upgrade to another model at your own expense.
• Please bring your ID card and a regular heavy motorcycle license, and visit any 【Rilink X Green YoYo】store during pickup hours, presenting your e-voucher at the counter to complete the vehicle pickup and rental procedures.
• Store service hours: 09:00 - 18:00

• The driver or renter must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license for at least 12 months.
• Overseas travelers, please check whether your national driver's license is valid for driving in Taiwan. For inquiries regarding the applicability of overseas driver's licenses, please email: adam@rilink.com.tw
• The renter must bring their own valid ID card (or passport) and a General Heavy Motorcycle Driver's License. If these are not provided, the rental procedure cannot be processed.
• Please obey all traffic rules. [Rilink X Green Travel] is not responsible for any vehicle damage or traffic violations caused by the renter. If any traffic tickets are issued, they will be transferred to the renter at the Motor Vehicles Office.
• Drunk driving and driving under the influence of drugs are strictly prohibited.
• Please ensure a helmet is worn at all times while riding.
• Please return the scooter to the original rental store. If you require a one-way rental (rent at location A, return at location B), prior approval from the store staff is required, and a relocation fee must be paid.
• To protect your rights, in the event of an accident, vehicle damage, theft, or other incidents, please keep the scene intact and immediately call the police to file a report. Do not settle privately with the other party, and notify the original rental store immediately for assistance; otherwise, you will be held liable for compensation.
• The documents presented by the renter (driver) must belong to themselves. Do not lend the scooter to others during the rental period. If any problems occur, the store will only seek compensation from the registered renter.
• If the rental time exceeds the original booked period, the excess time will be charged at an overtime rate of NT$50 per hour. Any fraction of an hour will be counted as a full hour.
• For one-way rentals (rent at location A, return at location B), you must contact the store separately and an additional relocation fee will be charged.
