● Reservations must be completed before 20:45 on the date of use (or at least 60 minutes before the selected timeslot). Supplies are limited, so travelers are advised to book early to avoid disappointment.
● Due to the time required for harbor route coordination, the supplier opens reservations for the following month around the 20th of each month. Thank you for your patience.
● Once successfully booked, this activity cannot be canceled, nor can the date or timeslot be changed. Please carefully check your booking date.
● The cruise service operates from two boarding and disembarkation locations; please double-check your selection when purchasing tickets.
● The cruise service is operated by two sailboats simultaneously. The actual vessel assigned will be random and cannot be specified.
● Present your e-voucher at the meeting location for direct verification and entry.
● Please be sure to arrive at your selected boarding meeting location for check-in at least 15 minutes before the departure of your chosen timeslot. Note that walking to the pier may take about 10 to 15 minutes, so leaving ample time is recommended to avoid missing the departure.
● In the event of a Typhoon Signal No. 3 or higher, or a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning, the cruise service will be canceled.
● Adult tickets apply to travelers aged 12 or above (based on actual age on the day of travel, calculated from date of birth).

Meeting Details:

  • Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the activity time (It may take 10 - 15 minutes to walk from the drop-off location to the pier; please allow ample time)
  • In case of adverse weather, please refer to the Hong Kong Observatory website https://www.hko.gov.hk/tc/index.html. If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or the Red Rainstorm Warning Signal or above is hoisted, the tour will be cancelled and a refund will be arranged without further notice.

  • How to get there: Take the MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui East Station, Exit L6. Cross the road to the Hong Kong Cultural Centre on the right. Pier No. 1 is located behind the Hong Kong Cultural Centre (near the Clock Tower). Please check the map.

  • How to get there: From MTR Central Station, walk towards Central Star Ferry Pier (Pier No. 9 is located in front of the Ferris Wheel). Please check the map.

  • The Aqua Luna service is currently provided by two boats (one with red sails and one with orange sails). The route will be arranged randomly, and passengers will be assigned to one of the two boats randomly.
  • This package will have 2 boats operating simultaneously. Please pay close attention to the pier selected during purchase, as refunds will not be issued for going to the wrong pier.
