Reservation Reminder

● Reservations must be completed before 14:00 on the date of use. Availability is limited, and early booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
● Once the booking is successful, no cancellations, date changes, or time slot adjustments will be accepted. Please double-check your booking date carefully.
● After a successful reservation, please ensure a stable mobile internet connection and allow approximately 10 minutes for the voucher to be generated. Once generated, the voucher can be opened instantly, but an internet connection is still required to display the screen. If you are concerned about poor network connection at your destination, you may take a screenshot in advance.
● Present your electronic admission voucher at any bus stop along the Big Bus Tours routes to redeem it for a physical ticket with the driver or staff.
● Please choose one of the three routes (Hong Kong Island Tour / Stanley Tour / Kowloon Tour). The ticket is valid for unlimited rides on the selected route for 24 hours starting from the time of collection.
● If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above 4 hours prior to departure, the activity for that day will be cancelled. In response to road conditions or severe weather (such as Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signals), operations will be temporarily suspended. Big Bus reserves the final right to modify or cancel the day's itinerary.
● This ticket is applicable to travelers aged 12 or above.
