● Reservations must be completed before 06:00 on the date of use.
● Please arrive at your selected stop to queue for boarding at least 15 minutes before departure.
● Use the e-ticket directly for verification at the reserved stop.
● Passengers must prepare and carry valid travel documents required for Hong Kong and Macau immigration on their own.
● Immigration Procedures (Macau → Hong Kong):
(1) Passengers must bring all belongings and disembark to complete Hong Kong and Macau customs clearance:
(b) Macau Port: After clearing customs, proceed to "Cross-boundary Bus Area C6" and look for HK-MO Express staff in "red" uniforms for boarding arrangements.
(a) Hong Kong Port: After clearing customs, proceed to the "Cross-boundary Bus" area and look for HK-MO Express staff in "orange" uniforms for boarding arrangements.
(2) The bus will wait at the port for approximately 20 minutes. If you miss the original bus due to customs inspection, please seek assistance from staff to transfer to the next available shift.
● Luggage Regulations:
(1) Each passenger can carry one piece of large luggage and one piece of hand luggage for free. Dimensions are as follows; large luggage must be stored in the bus trunk.
(a) Large Luggage: Weight under 10KG, dimensions under 64cm x 41cm x 23cm.
(b) Hand Luggage: Dimensions under 37.5cm x 25cm x 15cm.
(2) For overweight or oversized luggage (limited to a total linear dimension of 128cm) and dangerous goods, the operator reserves the right to refuse carriage.

[Step 1] Arrive at your reserved boarding point 15 minutes before the departure time:

  • Sands Macao (Pearl Lounge Entrance, Sands Macao, 203 Largo de Monte Carlo, Macau Peninsula)
  • Grand Lisboa (Rua da Escola Comercial, Zone B, Grand Lisboa Hotel, Avenida de Lisboa, Macau Peninsula)
  • Jai Alai Hotel (Jai Alai Oceanus Entrance, Avenida da Amizade, Macau Peninsula (Opposite Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal))
  • Grand Lisboa Palace (GF North Entrance Cross-boundary Bus Station, Rua do Tiro, Cotai, Macau)

[Step 2] Carry all belongings and disembark at waypoints for customs clearance: Macau Frontier Post, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, Avenida da Ponte da Amizade. Bound for Hong Kong: After clearing Macau customs, proceed to Berth C6 in Area C on the left side, and look for staff in red uniforms for boarding arrangements.

[Step 3] Disembark at the Hong Kong drop-off point: Prince Edward Shanghai Street — Chinalink Store, Shop A, 695 Shanghai Street (Near MTR Prince Edward Station Exit C2, Arran Street Rest Garden (Triangle Park), opposite Metropark Hotel Mongkok)

 

Product Suggestion
  • Each passenger can bring one free large baggage item not exceeding 64 × 41 × 23 cm (25 × 16 × 9 in) in size and 10 kg (22 lb) in weight, plus one piece of carry-on baggage not exceeding 37.5 × 25 × 15 cm (15 × 10 × 6 in) in size. Large baggage must be stored in the bus luggage compartment.
  • For overweight or oversized baggage (limited to a total of length + width + height not exceeding 128 cm or 50 inches) and dangerous goods (including flammable, explosive, highly corrosive, offensive items, livestock, and other prohibited items by customs), our company reserves the right to refuse transportation.
  • For excess baggage approved by our company, we reserve the right to require passengers to purchase additional baggage tickets. The fee is CNY 50 per piece for transit buses and CNY 100 per piece for business sedans.
  • For irregular baggage, please obtain approval from our ticketing staff before purchasing your ticket.
  • Bicycles and strollers must be folded. If their size exceeds the free baggage allowance, an additional baggage ticket must be purchased.
  • The company reserves the right to accept or refuse transportation based on the actual available space in the carriage at that time.
  • If any accident occurs due to passengers carrying prohibited items, the carrier shall bear all consequences and compensate our company for any resulting financial losses.
