● The first journey must be used by the "Valid Until/Effective Date" on the ticket. The second journey must be used within 30 days starting from the date the first journey was used. Please refer to the ticket for the exact valid date.
● No QR Code is required to enter the gate when boarding the Airport Express from the Airport. Upon arrival at your destination, simply scan the QR Code voucher to exit the gate directly.
●Children's tickets: The supplier does not provide electronic tickets for children. Please purchase children's tickets at the Airport Express service counter to enjoy discounted fares.

The Airport Express train runs every 10 minutes, and it takes about 24 minutes from the airport to Central, the city center.

｜Free In-town Check-in Service
Airport Express passengers can use the In-town Check-in service offered by the specified airlines at Hong Kong or Kowloon Station during the service hours listed below. This service is only applicable to flights operated by the specified airlines (not applicable to codeshare flights operated by other airlines) and is only available to passengers holding valid electronic travel documents. For all other passengers, please proceed to the airport for check-in.
- Cathay Pacific Service Hours
- Hong Kong Station: 6:00am to 11:00pm
- Kowloon Station: 6:00am to 3:00pm
- Hong Kong Airlines Service Hours
- Hong Kong Station: 6:00am to 7:00pm
- Kowloon Station: 6:00am to 3:00pm
Passengers with valid electronic travel documents can check-in^ as early as 24 hours in advance and up to 90 minutes before their scheduled flight departure time during the service hours. Passengers can save time by using the Smart Check-in Kiosks at In-town Check-In area to check-in, and collect their boarding passes and luggage tags. After completing the check-in process with the kiosks, passengers can proceed to the Self Bag Drop Counters to drop off their baggage. (If you use an Octopus to access the Airport Express, your full fare will be deducted at the In-town Check-in entry gate rather than when you board the train.)

- Redemption Method: Please present the QR code from the HONG KONG FunPASS APP at the Hong Kong Airport Express gate to enter directly.
- Use the same QR Code to travel to and from the designated station, please set your phone's screen brightness to its highest setting before scanning the QR code(Best Scanning Distance: 2-3 cm from the gate's sensor)
- The first journey and the return journey do not necessarily have to be on the same day.
