⭐ During the Tour

• • Boarding instructions: Please pay attention to the bus departure time / driver's instructions.
• Bus Pick-up / Drop-off Locations

  ✔ Sun Moon Lake - return boarding point: Across from the original drop-off point (Shuishe Station, outside the 7-Eleven at Shuishe Shopping Center)

  ✔ Other attractions: Board and alight at the original location

  ⚠️ The bus arrives at the boarding point 5-10 minutes before departure. Please be back on time, as the bus will not wait for latecomers.
• • Digital guide: There is no tour guide on board. Please scan the <QR code on the pillow cover on the bus> to listen to the audio guide (Chinese / English / Japanese / Korean).
• • Seating: Seats are not assigned. Please take your valuables with you when leaving the bus. The tour operator and the bus company are not responsible for any lost items.
• • Food and drink on the bus: Eating and drinking are allowed on the bus. To keep the bus clean, please take your trash with you when you leave and dispose of it yourself.
• Sun Moon Lake Cruise / Cable Car / Bicycle Tour Duration Guide (If you purchase and join these activities on your own, please plan your return to the meeting point carefully so that the rest of the itinerary is not affected)

  • Cruise: About 1 hour one way. Please allow time for the return trip and queuing.

  • Cable Car: About 8 minutes one way. You can also take the Round-the-Lake Bus (self-paid, about 15–25 minutes).

  ✔ To the cable car: <Toward Xuanguang Temple> Board at Sun Moon Lake Station and get off at Sun Moon Lake Cable Car Station.

  ✔ Back to the meeting point: <Toward Sun Moon Lake> Board at Ita Thao or Sun Moon Lake Cable Car Station and get off at Sun Moon Lake Station.

  • Bicycle: The Shuishe ⇔ Xiangshan section is about 3.4 km and takes about 30 minutes one way.

⭐ Booking Notes

• • This product includes the bus ticket only. Admission tickets, boat tickets and personal meals at each stop are not included. Passengers are responsible for these expenses and should allow time for meals.
  • Seating policy: One booking equals one bus seat. Children aged 0–3 may ride without a seat but must be held by a parent or guardian. If a seat is needed, a seat must be booked so that other passengers' seats are not taken.
    ⚠️If the number of seats booked does not match the seats needed, the organizer will refuse boarding and will not accept on-site payment of the difference to purchase seats. Please take note
  • Booking deadline: Booking and payment must be completed by 10:59 on the day before departure (Taiwan local time).
    [Example] To book the bus on 3/31, you must complete your booking by 10:59 a.m. on 3/30.
  • Special circumstances: Tours are generally not cancelled due to weather. The actual itinerary will be adjusted according to on-site operations and safety conditions. In the event of force majeure, the activity may be rescheduled, cancelled or refunded, with advance notice and contact. For matters not covered here, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate or change the details of the activity.
