- No Waiting for Latecomers: Those who fail to check in on time or miss the bus will be deemed to have forfeited the tour, and no refunds will be given.

[Important Information During the Tour]
- Boarding Guide: Please pay attention to the departure time displayed on the bus windshield / driver's announcements. The bus will arrive at the pickup point 5-10 minutes before departure. Please return to the bus on time, as it will not wait for latecomers.

- Digital Guide: No tour guide on board. Please scan the <QR code on the headrest or fan> to download audio guides (Chinese/English/Japanese/Korean).
- Seating Policy: Seating is non-reserved. Please be sure to bring your valuables when getting off. The tour operator and the bus company are not responsible for any loss or theft.
- Food & Drinks: Eating and drinking are allowed on the bus. To keep the bus clean, please bring your trash with you when you get off and dispose of it yourself.
[Important Information for Add-on Activities]
- If you purchase add-ons (Sun Moon Lake Boat / Cable Car / Cycling) via the QR code on the headrest or fan, please return to the meeting point according to the suggested times below to avoid delaying the tour schedule.
- Boat Ride: A round trip takes about 1 hour. Please allow time for the return trip and queuing. Take the boat back to Shuishe Pier by 14:00 at the latest.
- Cable Car: The cable car ride takes about 8 minutes one way. It can be paired with the round-the-lake bus transfer (travel time is about 15-25 minutes; please refer to the on-site announcements by "Nantou Bus" for actual schedules).
- To the Cable Car: <Bound for Xuanguang Temple> Board at Sun Moon Lake Station at 11:50, alight at Sun Moon Lake Ropeway Station at 12:07.
- Return to Meeting Point:
<Bound for Sun Moon Lake> Board at Ita Thao Station at 13:25 or 15:00 and alight at Sun Moon Lake Station.
<Bound for Sun Moon Lake> Board at Sun Moon Lake Ropeway Station at 13:26 or 15:01 and alight at Sun Moon Lake Station.
- Cycling: The Shuishe ⇔ Xiangshan section is about 3.4 km, taking about 30 minutes one way. It is recommended to return the bicycle and gather by 14:30.

[Booking Information]
- Seating Policy: 1 booking is equivalent to 1 seat on the bus. Children aged 0–3 may travel without occupying a seat but must be held by a parent. If a separate seat is required, a booking must be made to avoid taking up seats reserved for other passengers.
⚠️If the number of bookings does not match the number of seats required, the organizer will refuse boarding, and purchasing additional seats on-site by paying the difference will not be accepted. Please plan accordingly!
- Booking Deadline: Bookings and payments must be completed at the latest by 10:59 AM (Taiwan Local Time) 1 day before the travel date.
Example ✔ If you wish to book a bus for 3/31, you must complete the booking by 10:59 AM on 3/30 at the latest.
- Special Circumstances: In principle, itineraries will not be canceled due to weather conditions. The actual itinerary will be adjusted based on on-site operations and safety conditions. In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, and other natural disasters), for the safety of the public, the organizer will handle event rescheduling/cancellation/full refunds in accordance with the work and school suspension announcements issued by the government (based on the counties and cities affected along the tour route; thank you for your understanding). Announcements and notifications will be made in advance. For any unresolved matters, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event content.
- If you have personal needs, it is also recommended that passengers consider purchasing travel accident insurance or relevant insurance based on their own situation to add more protection to the journey.
