行前提醒

1. This itinerary applies to bus departures boarding at 【Taichung Gancheng Station】. Please present your boarding QR Code and queue at the station. If you mistakenly go to another boarding station, you must line up again as directed by station staff and cannot request to board a specific bus shift.
※Please note that Taichung Ganchen Station is scheduled to relocate to the Taichung Transit Center (No. 300, Jianguo Road) starting November 4, 2026 (ROC Year 115). Passengers are kindly advised to plan accordingly to avoid any disruption to their itineraries. Thank you.
2. After obtaining your ticket, please click "View Ticket" and complete the "Date and Time Reservation" to receive your boarding QR Codes for both outbound and return trips.
3. Please complete your reservation by 12:00 PM (noon) the day before your travel date at the latest. Same-day reservations are strictly not accepted.
4. Before boarding and alighting, please open your boarding QR Code in advance and enlarge the display to facilitate quick scanning by the vehicle validator. Scanning the QR Code is required upon both boarding and alighting to complete validation.
5. Reservation service will not be available during consecutive holidays. For dates when reservations are unavailable, please refer to the explanation below.

As extra shuttle services may be arranged on-site according to passenger demand, and to avoid confusion between regular and extra services, please note the following dates on which reservations cannot be made. We apologize for any inconvenience caused:
・National Day Holiday: 10/8 (Thu) – 10/12 (Mon)
・Retrocession Day Holiday: 10/23 (Fri) – 10/27 (Tue)
・Christmas Holiday: 12/24 (Thu) – 12/28 (Mon)

※ Please check in advance the remaining seats for the outbound trips from Taichung Gancheng Station and the return trips from Sun Moon Lake Station.


Taiwan Tourist Shuttle | 6670 A-F Sun Moon Lake Line | Round-Trip Reservation Ticket (Taichung Gancheng Station → Sun Moon Lake Station)

Please be sure to complete your reservation after collecting your ticket, and obtain the QR codes for both the outbound and return trips for boarding. If there is more than one person in your party, please present the corresponding number of QR codes to redeem for boarding (for example, if there are 3 people in your party, please present 3 QR codes). Boarding will not be permitted if the number of QR codes presented does not match the number of passengers.

*For the round trip, you may board and alight up to 2 times each way. The QR code must be scanned each time you board or alight.

  • Outbound: Taichung Gancheng Station → Sun Moon Lake
  • Return: Sun Moon Lake → Taichung Gancheng Station / THSR (Taiwan High Speed Rail) Taichung Station

使用说明

※ Please be sure to complete the reservation after collecting your ticket and obtain the乘車 QR Codes for both outbound and return trips (Reservation method as shown in the image)

※ Boarding Instructions:

  • Please line up at the Nantou Bus Taichung Gancheng Station boarding area, and hold your product QR CODE to scan when boarding and alighting.
  • Please present the product QR CODE within the Taiwan Pass App when boarding and alighting. (Scanning the QR Code is required for both boarding and alighting)
  • Please have your QR Code ready before boarding and alighting, and tap the QR Code to enlarge it for smooth scanning on the vehicle validator.
  • Please check in at the waiting area at least 20 minutes prior to departure. If you miss the deadline, your seat will be released to standby passengers, and no refunds will be accepted for late arrivals.
  • If you go to the wrong boarding station, you will need to queue up on-site for a standby seat and cannot request to board a designated shift.
  • The purchased ticket type allows travel on the 6670A-F Sun Moon Lake Line, allowing boarding and alighting up to 2 times each. Scanning the QR Code is required for every boarding and alighting.

  • For the outbound trip, please board at "Nantou Bus Taichung Gancheng Station". For the return trip, please board at "Nantou Bus Sun Moon Lake Station".

注意事项
  • Please complete the reservation and obtain the QR Codes for both outbound and return trips by 12:00 PM (noon) the day before your travel date at the latest. Same-day reservations are strictly not accepted.
  • This round-trip ticket (outbound and return) must be used within seven days after the activation of the first product in your Taiwan PASS. Example: If you activate the Taiwan PASS Kaohsiung MRT product on January 1, 2026, this round-trip ticket will no longer be valid after 23:59 on January 7, 2026.
