Tips for Visiting
  • Bags and backpacks smaller than 30 cm x 42 cm x 10 cm are allowed in the galleries, but must be worn in the front or on one shoulder. Larger items must be checked in to lockers or the cloakroom, available for rental. Lockers and cloakroom rental services, charged by the hour, are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • We welcome baby strollers and wheelchairs, which are available to borrow on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Reach out to any M+ staff throughout the building or at the Ground Floor Information Desk for assistance.

How to Enjoy M+
  • You are welcome to take photographs at M+, but please remember to turn off your flash. Filming is permitted only in some areas. Please check gallery signs or ask M+ staff before taking a video.
  • Please be respectful of other visitors and M+ staff.
  • Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is not allowed.
  • To ensure the safety of our collection, food and drink are not allowed in the galleries.
  • Please help us take care of the objects on view in the museum. Do not touch the works on display.
  • We welcome visitors accompanied by their trained service animals, but pets and other animals are not permitted in M+.
  • To ensure everyone's safety, all visitors must undergo a security check before entering or within the M+ building

Exchange or refund

  • Please redeem physical ticket with your voucher at M+ Ticket Office on the date.
  • The voucher is valid only on the specified date.
  • Each ticket admits one person only. Children’s admission arrangements vary by the type of Event.
  • Tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and cannot be resold or offered for resale.
  • Concessionary ticket holders will be admitted subject to the production of acceptable proof of eligibility.
  • Please arrive within your reserved timeslot. Entry for late arrivals will be subject to availability.
  • Certain Events may have an applicable age restriction. Ticketholders must produce proof of age if required to do so by the Venue Manager.
  • All Tickets are sold subject to the Terms and Conditions for Sale of Entertainment Tickets and if Ticketholders are visiting the Museum, you agree to be bound by and to abide by our Visitor regulations, which may be inspected on notices on the perimeter of the premises.
