● Tickets must be collected before 19:00 on the date of use.
● Cancellations or changes to the activity are not accepted once successfully booked. The voucher can be used within its validity period.
● Direct verification and use with the electronic admission voucher.
● The activity limits entry to 300 people every 2 hours. Staff on site will count the number of people. In case of high visitor volume, please follow the staff's instructions.
● Child tickets are valid only for travelers aged 3 to 11. On-site staff may request valid identity documents to verify age before entry.
● Any guest aged 16 and below must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult aged 18 or above.
