• Redemption Method: Please select your preferred date of use in the HONG KONG FunPASS APP. On the date of use, present your QR Code to the tour guide at your first boarding point (any of the 14 boarding points) to redeem your bus ticket. The ticket is valid for one day, from the departure of the first bus at 09:30 until the 10th bus returns to Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal at 17:30.
  • Please arrive at the redemption location 10 minutes prior to the activity time; no refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows. 
  • Please confirm your travel date and details carefully; bookings cannot be rescheduled or canceled once confirmed.
  • An internet connection is required to display the electronic voucher webpage. Please ensure your device has internet access when presenting the voucher.
  • Do not redeem or operate the electronic voucher webpage yourself; it must be verified and processed by on-site staff.

• Please present your bus ticket to the on-duty tour guide upon boarding
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited on board
• In the event of rain, disposable raincoats will be distributed to guests (Standard adult size)
• In the event of sudden vehicle breakdown or other special circumstances, Gold Spark Macau Tours Limited reserves the right to use standard coaches to carry guests and complete the journey without prior notice
• If the bus is full, please take the next available bus
