● Booking must be completed before 14:00 (2:00 PM) on the day of use. Inventory is limited, so travelers are advised to complete their booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment. ● Once this activity has been successfully booked, cancellation or changes to the date and time slot will not be accepted. Please carefully check your booking date. ● After successful booking, please ensure your mobile network connection is stable and allow about 10 minutes for the voucher generation. Once generated, the voucher does not require a wait time to open, but a network connection is still needed to display the screen. If you are concerned about poor network connectivity at the destination, please take a screenshot and save it. ● Exchange the electronic admission voucher for a physical ticket with the driver or staff at any Big Bus Tours route bus stop. ● Please select one of the three routes (Hong Kong Island Tour / Stanley Tour / Kowloon Tour). You may ride the selected route unlimited times on the day of use. ● If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or higher 4 hours before departure, the activity for that day will be cancelled. In the event of adverse road conditions or severe weather (such as a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal), the activity will be temporarily suspended. Big Bus reserves the final right to change or cancel the day's itinerary. ● The Child Ticket is valid for travelers aged 3 to 11 years old.
